The American Taxpayer Relief Act of 2012 was passed by the US House this evening and President Obama will sign it. The bill renews a slew of the so-called tax extenders, including the Work Opportunity Tax Credit through 2013.
Many interesting details are sure to come in the days and weeks ahead. We anticipate that Congress will revisit proposals for Hurican Sandy tax relief, including a proposal to add a new Hurricane Sandy target group to the WOTC program.
