The Hesperia Enterprise Zone went live on April 1, 2010, when its formal designation was finalized by the California Department of Housing and Community Development.
That’s good news for businesses located within the new enterprise zone. It is also good for prospective employees throughout the region. The enterprise zone is designed to attract and retain business and to create jobs though investment and hiring incentives.

California Enterprise Zones offer the most generous business tax incentives of any state in the nation.  There are hiring incentives as well as incentives for investments in equipment and machinery.  There is even an interest deduction for banks that loan money to qualifying enterprise zone businesses.
