An unnamed source “familiar with his budget proposal” revealed to the Sacramento Bee on Monday that Governor Jerry Brown’s yet to be revealed proposal includes plans to “wipe out hundreds of local redevelopment agencies” and to eliminate enterprise zones. (more…)PUBLISHED IN
